You know the chicken stock you use for your jollof or fried rice or even stew? It is time to revolutionise it for something else. For this dish, you’ll be using your chicken stock as the base fluid for your yam pottage. Just imagine your yam boiling yummy in your chicken stock.
My mum, being economical, made this dish a day before Christmas sometime in 2021… For me, the aroma of the dish alone took me away.
