The Plateau State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has strongly disowned a group claiming affiliation with the party that recently held a rally calling on Governor Caleb Mutfwang to defect to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). In a statement released on Monday by the state Publicity Secretary, Hon. Felix Choji, the party labelled the group, led by Hon. Christopher Danjem, as “strange and faceless” and unrecognised by its leadership or records.
