Air Peace has been named the Best West Africa Sub-Regional Airline of the Year for the second time in a row.
The award was announced at the 2026 Nigerian Aviation Awards held at the NIGAV Conference Centre in Ikeja, Lagos, where key players in the aviation industry gathered.
The organisers said the airline earned the recognition for its steady performance, wider route network, and improved service to passengers across the region.

Reacting to the development, the airline’s spokesperson, Osifo-Whiskey Efe, said the award reflects the company’s long-term plans and commitment to better service.
He said the airline will continue to focus on improving travel across West Africa by strengthening links between countries and making flights more efficient.
Efe added that the recognition shows that passengers and industry stakeholders have confidence in the airline’s operations and safety standards.
