A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday refused to order the arrest of Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, in the 2023 elections for allegedly posting a defamatory material on social media regarding the person of President Bola Tinubu.
