Renowned Nigerian Christian music composer, Jude Nnam, fondly called “Ancestor,” has been abducted under alarming circumstances.
Nnam, who holds the position of National Music Director for the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and serves on the National Liturgical Commission at the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria (CSN), was reportedly abducted on Thursday evening around 6 p.m. in Umunnachi, Anambra State.

The abduction occurred while Nnam was attending a church event in the area.

His contributions to Christian music and liturgical activities have earned him widespread recognition, making this incident particularly shocking to the Christian community and the nation at large.

Authorities and community leaders are yet to release further details about the circumstances of the abduction or efforts to secure his release.
