The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPC Ltd) has confirmed that, aside from the three bodies recovered from the helicopter crash involving East Winds Aviation on Thursday in Port Harcourt, no additional remains have been found.
In a statement released on Sunday by its Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Olufemi Soneye, NNPC emphasised that search and rescue efforts, in collaboration with relevant authorities, remain in full force as they continue to locate the missing individuals.
The company reassured the public that all necessary resources were being deployed to ensure a thorough search and recovery process.
“Once again, our hearts and prayers are with family members of this unfortunate incident,” Soneye added.
