World-renowned Afrobeats star, Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid has unveiled the highly anticipated music video for his smash hit single, “Kese (Dance)”.
According to Live and Beats, the visuals for the much talked about song dropped at 8pm Nigerian time on Wednesday, sending fans into a frenzy.
“Kese (Dance)” has been a phenomenal success since its release, shattering records with over 1.5 million Spotify streams within 24 hours – a new benchmark for a Nigerian song.
The track also dominated various charts, including the Official Nigeria Top 100, Apple Music top charts, and U.S. Afrobeats top 100, holding the No. 1 spot for multiple weeks.
The song is part of Wizkid’s album “Morayo”, a tribute to his mother.
With the release of the official video, Wizkid is currently trending on X as the number one topic.
Fans have also taken to social media to amplify the video’s reach, while the visuals have garnered over 14,000 views within just one hour of its release.
