A member representing Lavun/Mokwa/Edati Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Joshua Audu Gana, has extended warm Easter greetings to Christians across Niger State.

The lawmaker described the season as a time of joy, peace, and divine grace.

In his Easter message, Hon. Gana noted the spiritual significance of the celebration, noting that the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ symbolise God’s mercy and offer mankind a renewed hope for the future.

He said, “This is a period of joy, peace, and assurance of God’s divine grace and mercy for mankind. As we celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, let us use this time to solidify our bond of unity and pray for peace and prosperity in our dear state.”

Gana reaffirmed his commitment to serving the people of Lavun/Mokwa/Edati Constituency with dedication, expressing hope that God’s wisdom would guide him in fulfilling the needs and aspirations of his constituents.

The lawmaker noted, “I trust in His wisdom to continue doing my best for my constituency. May the sacrifice of God through His Son give us our desired answers and fulfilment.”

He also commended Governor Umaru Bago for his leadership and developmental strides, urging residents to remain hopeful and supportive of the administration’s efforts.

“I urge you all to remain hopeful and positive as we wish His Excellency, Governor Umaru Bago, success in all his plans for Niger State,” Gana added.

He concluded, “I wish you all a joyous Easter.”
