Veteran Nigerian musician Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face or 2Baba, has made a candid public confession about his past lifestyle.
The singer, who is widely known for having children with multiple women outside his marriage, disclosed this in Benin City during the MC EdoPikin Undiluted with StarBoy and Legends show.
Speaking to the audience shortly before his performance, 2Baba said he felt compelled to set the record straight, insisting that he has put that chapter of his life behind him.

“But see, I get confession. I dey make this confession everywhere I go now to set the record straight. I don stop to dey do that kind of thing, I don stop to dey give belle anyhow,” he said.
“I swear, ask anybody now, they will tell you that I’m innocent.”
The remark drew laughter and applause from the crowd, as the singer addressed a subject that has followed his public image for decades.
New Daily Prime reports that 2Baba’s first known baby mama is Sumbo Adeoye, with whom he shares two sons, Zion and Nino. Their relationship reportedly ended around 2009 following public revelations of his involvement with other women.
He also had three children with his second baby mama, Pero Adeniyi, between 2006 and 2012.
The music icon later married actress Annie Macaulay-Idibia, and the couple welcomed two daughters during their marriage, which lasted from 2012 until their divorce in 2025.
More recently, 2Baba welcomed a new child with his current partner, Natasha Osawaru, with whom he is reportedly in a controversial marriage.
The singer’s confession has since sparked mixed reactions online, with some fans praising his honesty and others expressing scepticism, given his long-documented history.
Nonetheless, the artist appears determined to publicly distance himself from past controversies as he continues his music career.
