“One thing I wish people understood about me is I am not shy, I am just laid back,” he said.
When the host asked him to differentiate between being shy and being laid back, Olamide gave a clear breakdown.
“Shy is when you don’t have the confidence and the charisma to stand people or look them in the eye or have conversations with them,” he explained.
“But being laid back is you just don’t want to be bothered. People think I am shy but I am not.”
The rapper, known for his influential presence in Nigeria’s music industry, rarely grants interviews, further fuelling the perception that he avoids public attention.
