Serenity Royale Hospital has refuted claims that it conducted any drug-related test on Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, describing a viral medical report linked to the facility as entirely fabricated.
In a statement released on Thursday evening, the hospital distanced itself from the trending laboratory report circulating on social media, which allegedly confirmed that Regina tested positive for multiple substances, including marijuana, cocaine, morphine, opiates, and alcohol.
The controversy emerged after Regina’s estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, accused her of drug addiction and insisted she undergo rehabilitation.

The accusation surfaced shortly after the actress publicly called out the lawmaker for alleged domestic abuse amid their ongoing marital crisis.
The viral laboratory document, purportedly issued by Serenity Royale Hospital, sparked further debate online, with many questioning its authenticity.
However, the hospital has now clarified that it never carried out any such test on the actress and has no connection to the report being circulated.
“Our attention has been drawn to a post (on an alleged MID TERM HOME DETOX REPORT) being circulated online in the name of Serenity Royale Hospital with respect to Mrs. Nwoko Regina,” the statement signed by the hospital’s management read.
“We wish to state clearly that the publication and circulation of the said post containing classified information did not emanate from us and respectfully request the public to disregard same.”
The hospital’s disclaimer comes as public interest continues to grow in the highly publicised dispute between Regina Daniels and Senator Nwoko, with both parties making serious allegations against each other.
Regina Daniels has yet to publicly address the alleged medical report.
