Nollywood actor Taye Arimoro has accused fellow actress Peggy Ovie and her crew members of physically assaulting him on a movie set.
In a viral social media video, Taye Arimoro narrated that the incident occurred on Tuesday night while he was working on Peggy Ovie’s film project.
He claimed that the assault took place after he attempted to leave the set for exceeding the agreed-upon working hours.

“I say I want to go home, they don’t want me to go home. Guys, look at my mouth, because I said I want to go home. This woman and her people are doing the most,” he said, showing visible injuries to his gum and lips in the video.
The actor also alleged that his car tires were deflated and claimed that Peggy Ovie instructed her driver to block his vehicle, preventing him from leaving the location.
Taye Arimoro’s revelation has sparked reactions across social media, with fans and colleagues expressing shock and calling for clarity on the incident. Many have urged that the matter be investigated to ensure safety and accountability on movie sets.
