Actress and entrepreneur Temi Ajibade, daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, has opened up about her marriage to Afrobeats star Mr Eazi, revealing why she chose him as her life partner.
In a recent interview with BBC, Temi described Mr Eazi, whose real name is Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, as her “best friend” and “person,” stressing that she could not imagine building her future with anyone else.
When asked what made her say “yes” to the singer, Temi replied: “There’s too many. How will I choose one? I mean, first and foremost, he is my best friend. That’s my person. And I think when you meet your person, you know. I can’t imagine spending the rest of my life with anyone else.
“He is the person I’m excited and can just spend every day with; build our lives together, walk through our ups and downs together, celebrate together, and solve problems together. He’s simply my person. So, we are just excited for what is to come.”

The actress also addressed her decision to adopt her husband’s surname following their wedding, officially becoming Temiloluwa Ajibade.
“I’m now a married woman. The obvious thing for me is to take my husband’s name. But it’s my personal choice. I also respect a woman’s ability to choose,” she explained.
Temi added that one of the secrets to her relationship has been keeping her private life away from constant public scrutiny, noting that it allows her to control her own narrative.
New Daily Prime recalls that Temi and Mr Eazi tied the knot a few weeks ago in a private ceremony in Iceland, with global superstar John Legend performing at their wedding.
The intimate event drew attention worldwide but remained true to the couple’s long-standing preference for privacy in their relationship.
