For the second time this year, the national grid collapsed on Wednesday morning, throwing most parts of the country into darkness.
Data supplied by the Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO) showed that load allocation to electricity distribution companies dropped to 20 Megawatts as of 11.45am on Wednesday.
Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) confirmed the disruption in a post on its X handle.
