De9jaspirit Talent Hunt (DTH) is back, and Season 4 promises to be its most exciting edition yet.
After months of anticipation and a groundbreaking first-ever campus tour, the show is set to kick off on September 7, 2025, with 22 contestants ready to battle for the crown.
DTH has built a reputation as Africa’s biggest talent hunt, showcasing performers in singing, dance, poetry, comedy, magic, spoken word, and more.
Over the years, it has given young talents a platform to shine on both local and international stages.
The journey began with Season 1, where singer Constance Olatunde (Konstance) won ₦10 million and went on to make her mark in Afrobeats and R&B.
Season 2 crowned gospel artist Esther Ugochi Kalu (Ugee Royalty), who claimed ₦7 million and later released her own gospel track. By Season 3, DTH had grown into a continental force, with Exoduz Dance Crew taking home ₦10 million, a brand-new car, and an all-expenses-paid trip to Kenya and the Maldives.
This year, organizers took the show on the road. From July 9 to July 18, 2025, the Campus Tour visited universities in Port Harcourt, Benin, Abuja, Lagos, and Enugu.
For the first time, registration was free. Contestants only needed to post a one-minute performance video online. The best acts were then invited to perform live on campus, ensuring that no one was left out due to age, background, or fees.

The spoken word category boasts performers such as The Global Poet (Deborah Johnson), Isime Precious, Neji Irregular, and Loveth Liberty. Comedy will be represented by Da Messenger and MC Olaks, while magic comes alive with Phoenix the Magician.
On the dance side, powerhouse crews like Kidsteppers, Team Unbeatables, The Elite Kings Dance Crew International, KSS Dance Crew, and Cloud 9 Dancers are set to bring high-energy performances. Unique acts such as Body Engine, a contortionist, and Jeremiah Fjsax, a saxophonist, will also add flair to the mix.
This year’s prizes raise the stakes even higher. The winner will walk away with ₦30 million, while the first runner-up and second runner-up will earn ₦7 million and ₦3 million respectively. Weekly, the best performer will also win ₦500,000, keeping the contest competitive.
To guide the show, a star-studded judging panel has been assembled: Liquorose, the BBNaija star and dancer; Vector, the celebrated rapper; Ini Edo, Nollywood’s screen queen; and IK Ogbonna, actor and TV personality. Holding it all together will be VJ Adams, the host known as “The Captain.”
