“So guys, this is day five after my rhinoplasty. I went to take my cast off. Keep in mind that it’s just five days post-surgery, so I’m still swollen. This is not the final result,” he stated.

He reassured fans that the swelling would gradually subside and that his nose would look more natural in the coming weeks.

Doctor removes nasal packing

Zicsaloma’s doctor also appeared in the video, carefully removing the nasal packing from his nostrils. This material was placed inside his nose to control post-surgery bleeding. The skit maker described the removal process as uncomfortable but not painful.

The doctor then proceeded to take off the initial cast from his nose. Zicsaloma noted that, despite the swelling, his side profile was already showing improvement. “It’s still swollen, but it’s coming out well. It will look more normal soon, so you guys should calm down,” he said.

“This thing my doctor is showing me is called a retainer. It ensures that the nostrils remain even. I’ll be wearing this retainer every night for the next month,” he explained.
