Wife of renowned gospel singer Damilare Odunuga, popularly known as Dare Melody, Adedoyin, has died.
Sharing the news on Instagram on Thursday, Dare Melody expressed his profound grief over the loss of his wife, Adedoyin.
DM Multimedia, in an official statement, confirmed Mrs. Odunuga’s passing, announcing that she departed in the early hours of October 24, 2024.
The statement said the DM Multimedia team will always remember her cherished presence, stating, “You will forever be in our hearts.”

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the transition to eternal rest of our beloved mother, wife, sister, and friend (Mrs ADEDOYIN ODUNUGA, NEE: ODAGI), who passed away early this morning, today, 24th of October 2024. Nigerians have since sent messages of condolence to Dare Melody and his family, with DM Multimedia asking the public to keep them in their thoughts during this difficult time.
As at this time, the cause of her death has not been disclosed.
