Davido, widely regarded as one of Africa’s biggest music stars, is famous for his high-energy shows on some of the world’s grandest stages. His appearance at the AFCON opening concert underscores the deepening connection between African football and the entertainment industry.
Moroccan-American rapper French Montana, known for his string of global hits, is also set to attract international attention, further enhancing the tournament’s global reach.
AFCON 2025 will bring together the continent’s finest national teams in a fierce contest for continental honours, with organisers assuring fans an experience that goes beyond football—a vibrant cultural celebration of Africa’s music, creativity, and identity.
Excitement is already building in Rabat and across Africa as fans anticipate an unforgettable evening where music meets football, ahead of Morocco hosting the prestigious competition.
