Popular Nigerian musician Qudus Fakoya Oluwadamilare, widely known as Qdot, has broken his silence after surviving an armed robbery attack that left him deeply shaken.
The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on September 28, 2025, at the singer’s residence, where he was robbed alongside his DJ.
Recounting the harrowing experience in a series of posts on his Instagram Story, Qdot revealed that the robbers carted away everything of value in his home.

“They took everything valuable I owned, down to the last pin,” he wrote.
The “Alomo Meta” crooner admitted that the incident left him traumatized, describing it as the most terrifying moment of his life.
“I didn’t know if I would make it out alive. It was the most terrifying experience of my life. But by the grace and mercy of God, I’m still alive and I’m eternally grateful for that,” he said.
While expressing relief that his life was spared, Qdot disclosed that the emotional scars from the attack would take time to heal.
“I’m still traumatized and deeply shaken by what happened. I want you all to know: I’m okay and safe now. I’m surrounded by love and support as I begin the long road to healing from this nightmare,” he added.

The singer went on to reassure fans of his resilience, promising to bounce back stronger.
“Your support means more than words can express. I love you all. I will be back stronger and wiser,” Qdot stated.
The robbery has sparked concern among his fans and colleagues in the Nigerian music industry, many of whom have taken to social media to express shock, relief, and solidarity with the artist.
As of press time, it is unclear whether the Nigeria Police have launched a formal investigation into the robbery.
