“Nollywood is in tears as we lost one of our vibrant actresses, @nkechi.nweje, after a brief illness,” he wrote. “I couldn’t post since morning because it felt like a dream. Ezigbo Nwanyi Onitsha. Rest in peace, ma’am.”
Ajemba also reflected on their close friendship. “She always called me, giving me advice,” he added. “The last time we spoke was during the Queenth saga. She told me, ‘Ontop, stop.’ I’m still speechless.”
