Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, has praised NEV Electric, an indigenous electric vehicle company under Brilliant Model Technology, for its groundbreaking contribution to Nigeria’s transportation sector.
During a firsthand experience with NEV Electric’s buses yesterday, Edun commended the company’s innovation in sustainable mass transit, which aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda for cleaner and more efficient transportation across the country.
He emphasised that the initiative holds significant potential to create jobs, enhance energy security, and improve urban mobility.
