The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, has reaffirmed that President Bola Tinubu is addressing Nigeria’s challenges with determination and a clear sense of purpose.
Ganduje made this statement during the launch of the book ‘100 Years of Political Party Evolution in Nigeria’, organized by the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Abuja.
Represented by the APC’s Director of Election Management, Mallam Mohammed, he emphasised that the Tinubu-led administration is committed to navigating the country through its economic and political difficulties.

“President Tinubu is addressing Nigeria‘s challenges head-on with unwavering commitment. His leadership is centred on implementing policies that will strengthen democracy, drive economic growth, and improve governance,” Ganduje stated.

The former governor of Kano State emphasized the importance of political party evolution in shaping Nigeria’s democratic journey.
Ganduje also served as the Chairman of the IPAC Centenary Celebration Committee, which spearheaded efforts to commemorate the role of political parties in the country’s development.
IPAC, the umbrella body for all registered political parties in Nigeria, plays a crucial role in promoting democratic values, ensuring electoral transparency, and fostering political inclusiveness.

The event in Abuja gathered key political stakeholders, scholars, and policymakers to reflect on the evolution of political parties over the last century and their impact on Nigeria’s governance structure.
The book launch and centenary celebration reminded attendees of the country’s democratic progress and underscored the need for political actors to collaborate in sustaining a peaceful and credible electoral process.
