France has banned 10 British far-right activists from entering or remaining in the country over activities targeting migrants, the Interior Ministry announced on Wednesday.
The individuals are linked to the extremist group Raise the Colours and were repeatedly flagged by French security services for their actions along the northern coastline, particularly in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais regions.
Authorities said the activists were involved in searching for and destroying small boats used by migrants attempting to cross the English Channel.
In addition to these actions, the group was accused of spreading propaganda aimed at recruiting British citizens to oppose migration, which officials said risked inciting hatred and public disorder.
Interior Minister Laurent Nunez was informed of the incidents in December 2025 and instructed authorities to identify those responsible and take preventive measures.
The ministry said the group’s activities posed a serious threat to public order and could encourage violence or discrimination.
French authorities praised security forces for their swift response, noting that the ban was necessary to protect public safety and prevent further extremist actions in sensitive border areas.
The decision highlights France’s firm stance against far-right activism, especially where it targets migrants and threatens social stability.
