Meanwhile, Nantes winger Moses Simon shared his sentiments with a heartfelt tweet: “Me I want to go home ooo🥹 I know play again ooo abeg.”

Wilfred Ndidi voiced a chilling concern, stating on Instagram, “This is becoming scary…I’m scared for our lives,” highlighting the players’ growing anxiety over their situation.

The logistical nightmare has raised questions about the organization and safety of the tournament, as the players wait for updates on their travel plans.
