The NGF expressed confidence that Soludo’s “deserving victory” will enable the governor to “consolidate on his great achievements across different sectors” of the state.
The forum also extended congratulations to the people of the state and all stakeholders on the “orderly and peaceful conduct of the election”, which it described as further evidence that Nigerians have “fully embraced democracy and rule of law as a choice form of governance.”
Additionally, the NGF commended both the INEC and the security agencies for their roles in ensuring an orderly electoral process.
