President Bola Tinubu travelled to Jos, Plateau State, on Thursday afternoon to meet with people affected by the recent violence.
Tinubu spent time listening to survivors and community leaders, promising that his government would help the victims and hunt down the killers.
During his visit, he admitted that no words or money could truly fix the heartbreak caused by the attacks.

He explained that the Federal Government would stand by the survivors and provide the help they need to move forward.
Tinubu said, “No amount of money can bring back the dead, but the Federal Government will do our best to comfort them, walk with them and provide necessary assistance.”.
He also sent a clear message to the people behind the attacks.
He vowed that the government would not stop until those responsible are caught and punished for their crimes.
He described the killings as “dastardly acts” and promised the community that justice would be served.
Tinubu stated, “We will find the perpetrators.”
