The minister made the statement in Abuja while receiving the management team of Renaissance Africa Energy Company, led by its CEO, Tony Attah.
Tunji-Ojo outlined several key digital reforms implemented by the ministry, which are aimed at streamlining operations and strengthening national security.
Overhauling Nigeria’s passport system into a secure, centralised processing centre, deployment of this system to enhance border control and national security and implementation of the Act were also highlighted as part of the digital reforms.
He described these initiatives as part of a “business unusual” approach to governance.
However, Attah said his company focused on the company’s drive toward achieving energy security in Nigeria and across Africa, and commended the government’s ongoing reform efforts.
