“We have the brains, the energy, and the youth,” he said, questioning what Brazil has that Nigeria lacks. “We have everything we need. Now, we must act.”
The President commended the Nigerian diaspora for their dynamism and urged them to see themselves as vital partners in building a new Nigeria based on shared responsibility and innovation.
He acknowledged the hardship caused by ongoing economic reforms, but insisted that these difficult changes are necessary for long-term stability and prosperity.
Tinubu likened the reforms to “bitter medicine” that will ultimately cure the nation’s economic ills.
He stressed his government’s commitment to forging international partnerships to unlock Nigeria’s potential in manufacturing, technology, and culture.
Tinubu called for unity, peace, and passion among all Nigerians, both at home and abroad, to build a nation everyone can be proud of.
