The robbery, which took place around 3:00 p.m. on 15 October 2025, gained widespread attention after a video showing hoodlums snatching a Toyota Avalon at gunpoint surfaced online.
In a swift follow-up operation, police operatives, acting on intelligence and technical leads, tracked the suspect, identified as Iruo Young, to his hideout in the Ikoku axis of the city, where he was arrested without resistance.
