The Eselu of Iselu Kingdom in Ogun State, Oba Akintunde Akinyemi, has urged the Federal Government (FG) to regulate social media activities, warning that unrestrained content by youths such as the viral Guinness World Record (GWR) claim by online personality Mandy Kiss could deepen moral decay in society.
Oba Akinyemi made the call in an open letter addressed to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, a copy of which was made available to journalists in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
The monarch was reacting to reports that Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, announced plans on Instagram to attempt a Guinness World Record (GWR) for the highest number of sexual partners in one day.

In a flier shared with her nearly 400,000 followers, the content creator suggested she would have encounters with 100 men within 24 hours, beginning on 30 September, 2025, in the Ikorodu area of Lagos.
According to the traditional ruler, such proposals are “an embarrassment” to Yoruba culture and Nigeria as a whole, noting that Mandy Kiss was still insisting on the plan despite the reported rejection of her application by Guinness World Records.
“Mr. Governor, it is disheartening to see a Yoruba girl from my dear state, Ogun State popularly known as ‘Mandy Kiss’ on social media planning to embarrass her parents, local government area and state before the entire world,” the letter read in part. “The best approach to adopt is to arrest the lady who is currently constituting public nuisance.”
Oba Akinyemi further suggested that Mandy Kiss be subjected to rehabilitation, including psychiatric evaluation, and possibly a drug test, alleging that her actions indicated “she may be under the influence of drugs.”
He argued that Nigeria must follow the example of other countries where explicit content is regulated, stressing that exposing young people to “arrant nonsense” online could worsen the problem of social vices.
The monarch added that Lagos State, being the home of President Bola Tinubu and First Lady Senator Oluremi, should not be “stigmatized” by such behaviour. He called on Governor Sanwo-Olu to intervene urgently and prevent the controversial attempt.
“The moral decay in the society needs to be given priority attention before everything goes out of hand,” he said. “Taking this pertinent step will enable our children not to emulate bad behaviour. They will always use their time for some meaningful and productive things.”
