The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has commended the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for a recent operation that successfully dismantled a sophisticated cybercrime syndicate.
The NOA described the achievement as a clear message that Nigeria will not be a sanctuary for criminal activities.
In a press statement, Lanre Issa-Onilu, the Director General of the NOA, emphasised Nigeria’s commitment to upholding the rule of law and protecting its national reputation.
He stated that the successful operation proves that the country’s enforcement agencies are vigilant and equipped to bring perpetrators to justice, regardless of their nationality.
The DG called on all residents, both Nigerians and non-Nigerians, to respect the nation’s laws and refrain from actions that could undermine national security.

He praised the EFCC for its decisive leadership, noting that collective accountability and adherence to the rule of law are essential for nation-building.
