“All complaints must be accompanied by a verifying affidavit sworn to before a superior court of record in Nigeria or before a Notary Public and submitted in twenty copies,” the committee stated.
It emphasised that being shortlisted is not a guarantee of eventual elevation to the SAN rank. Final selections will be made after thorough assessments and interviews.
The conferment of the SAN rank is considered one of the highest honours in the Nigerian legal profession, recognising excellence in advocacy and legal scholarship.
