APC killing Nigerians, PDP falling apart, says Kwankwaso

Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), in the last general elections, has ripped into the All Progressives Congress (APC), stating that the ruling party’s inept leadership and unpopular policies have worsened poverty and hunger in the country and gradually killing Nigerians.

Speaking at the 7th National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the NNPP in Abuja, Kwankwaso also stated that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is a dead party on account of the seemingly intractable internal crisis ravaging the party currently.

Hyping his party, Kwankwaso emphasized that the NNPP has become the only party capable of providing true leadership to address the needs of Nigerians and bring relief to the people.

He claimed that while both the ruling APC and PDP are losing popularity, the NNPP is growing rapidly.

He said, “Our party has been doing so well that we, at the leadership level, are satisfied with our progress.
“And of course, this success always attracts envy from outside and attacks from within and outside the party. I am so happy that despite all the challenges, today, our party is the fastest-growing party in this country.
“I remember when I visited Katsina State to open our state office, I mentioned that the PDP was dead, and there were many concerns within the PDP fold.
“I’m sure, at that time, many didn’t understand what I was saying, but now they must agree that the party is falling apart and imploding.

“As for the APC, you can see that its leadership is detached from reality, while the people of this country are suffering. They are gradually killing us.

“They may believe they are doing well, but all of us, especially the voters, know they are performing poorly, particularly when it comes to security, the level of poverty in the country, and the hunger we’re witnessing.”
“So, thank God that both the APC and PDP are in decline, while our party, the NNPP, is on the rise. We thank Almighty God for that.”
Also speaking, Engineer Buba Galadima, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BOT), said, “While other parties are faltering, people are flocking into the NNPP.
“There is no party growing as fast as the NNPP. Our party enforces discipline at all levels, and we follow the rules without faltering. No other party has leadership qualities like ours. They are jealous of us.”
