Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has appointed the Olupo of Ajase-Ipo and Chancellor of the Kwara State University of Education, Oba Ismail Yahya Alebiosu, as the leader of the state’s delegation for the 2025 Hajj.
In a series of key appointments, the governor also named Alhaji Lateef Oloyin as the new Principal Private Secretary (PPS).
Oloyin, a seasoned administrator, politician, and community leader, has a strong background in economics, taxation, and organisational management.

He previously served as chairman of the Kwara State Social Investment Programme and holds an MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, as well as an HND in Banking and Finance from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin.
Additionally, Governor AbdulRazaq reappointed Professor Sheu Raheem Adaramaja as chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
Under Adaramaja’s leadership, SUBEB has driven significant reforms and infrastructural development in basic education across the state since 2019.
