Nollywood actor Yomi Gold has opened up about a frightening health scare that left him unconscious and hospitalised.
The actor shared a video on Instagram capturing the moment he was wheeled into a hospital bed, revealing that the incident was triggered by a sudden and severe headache.
According to him, the situation escalated rapidly and could have been fatal without swift medical attention.

Gold disclosed that he received emergency care in Marrakech, noting that the prompt response of medical professionals played a crucial role in saving his life.
He expressed deep gratitude to God for preservation and recovery, as well as appreciation to those who stood by him during the ordeal.
Captioning the video, he wrote:
“Life truly lives in the seconds. Today reminded me how fragile our breath is and how quickly everything can change. A sudden headache nearly took me out, but by God’s mercy and the swift help of the emergency team in Marrakech, I am here resting and recovering.”
He added:
“I give thanks to God for preservation, for life, and for everyone He used to reach out, pray, and check on me. May we never take health, time, or one another for granted. Every moment is grace.”
The actor is currently said to be resting and recovering, with fans and colleagues flooding his page with prayers and well-wishes.
