Yinka Theisen, the former partner of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has launched a public accusation against May Edochie, the estranged wife of actor Yul Edochie.
In a heated statement posted online, Yinka alleged that May is behind a sustained campaign of cyberbullying against her. She claimed that a group of May’s supporters, who identify themselves as “May Nation,” have targeted her through coordinated online attacks.
According to Yinka, the harassment went beyond social media insults. She alleged that members of the group wrote a petition to her workplace, accusing her of bullying a “suicidal” woman. Yinka insists the claim was false and intended to have her fired.
“They wrote to my employers that I was bullying a suicidal woman who is not suicidal at all,” Yinka said. “It was all to get me fired.”
She described the individuals behind the alleged harassment as “brainless, unintelligent, and insane.” Yinka further claimed that the attacks extended to her children, with her personal phone number being shared online.

“I became a target when I chose to retaliate,” she added. “They kept pushing until Linc Edochie announced our breakup.”
The accusations come weeks after her split from Linc Edochie, which she says did not stop the online abuse. Yinka claims the campaign against her has continued, with personal boundaries repeatedly crossed.
In her post, Yinka directly addressed May Yul-Edochie, issuing what she described as a final public warning. “May Edochie, enough is enough. I am warning you publicly for the last time, leave me alone!” she wrote.
The allegations have sparked debate on social media, with users divided over Yinka’s claims. While some have expressed sympathy, others have questioned the timing and motives behind the public outburst.
Neither May Edochie nor her supporters have issued an official response to the accusations at the time of writing. It is also unclear whether Yinka plans to pursue legal action or report the matter to law enforcement.
The controversy adds another layer to the ongoing public drama involving the Edochie family. Yul Edochie’s separation from May has remained a subject of intense online discussion, with both parties frequently trending on social media.
Cyberbullying, especially involving public figures, has become a growing concern in Nigeria. Experts warn that online harassment can quickly escalate, affecting victims’ mental health, careers, and personal safety.
For now, Yinka says she wants the alleged harassment to stop completely. Whether her public warning will put an end to the feud or escalate tensions further remains to be seen.
