Maverick singer Seun Kuti has reacted strongly after music star Wizkid allegedly attacked his wife, Yetunde Kuti, amid their ongoing social media feud.
The clash between both artistes escalated after Wizkid, who has been at loggerheads with Seun Kuti over criticisms directed at him and his fans, reportedly described Seun’s wife as “ugly” during the exchange online.
Angered by the comment, Seun Kuti addressed the issue during a livestream, where he criticised Wizkid for dragging women and children into their dispute.

The Afrobeat singer stressed that such actions were unacceptable, adding that Wizkid had no moral right to insult his wife.
“Real men don’t involve women and kids in their beef. Wizkid that has an old woman as a partner is insulting my wife. You are calling my wife ugly, should I be doing that with you and insulting your wife?” Kuti said.
He also accused Wizkid’s fans of attacking his family online, claiming they had flooded his child’s social media page with insults.
“Your fans are insulting my wife and kid. They are all over my kid’s page. But all that can’t break me. I want my child to experience what I experienced so that she can be strong like me,” he added.
Kuti further claimed that Wizkid was battling personal issues, suggesting that the singer needed to rediscover himself and his identity.
“I know you are depressed, fam. What you need to do is rediscover yourself — to become Wiz, Kid, or Big Wiz. You don’t have identity,” he said.
The feud has continued to generate reactions online, with fans divided over the escalating exchange between the two musicians.
