“I don’t interfere in women’s disputes,” he said. “It is only an unwise man that would interfere in women’s drama.”
Ogogo was reacting to the recent incident at actress Iyabo Ojo’s movie premiere, where Funke Akindele appeared to ignore Toyin Abraham’s greeting.
The moment sparked controversy online and came about eight months after reports that the two actresses had reconciled following a long-running feud.
According to Ogogo, both actresses have been greatly blessed in the entertainment industry and should focus on appreciating what they have achieved instead of fighting.
“Both of them are blessed by God. So, why are they fighting?” he said.
The actor also suggested that men often settle disagreements more easily, while women sometimes allow minor issues to become bigger than they need to be.
His comments came shortly after veteran actress Fausat Balogun said she had stepped in to reconcile the two actresses and urged them to keep their disagreement off social media.
