Nigerian singer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, has filed a lawsuit against rapper Odumodublvck, accusing him of assault and battery during a public event held on December 16, 2024.
In the suit, Kraziecent alleged that Odumodublvck attacked him without provocation while he was peacefully recording videos and taking pictures of himself at the event.
The singer claimed that the physical confrontation left him not only embarrassed but also caused damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max, which he said was destroyed during the altercation.

Kraziecent is seeking legal redress for what he described as “violent assault and public humiliation,” and has asked the court to compel Odumodublvck to compensate him for the emotional distress, reputational damage, and property loss he suffered as a result of the incident.
During the court proceedings, presided over by Justice Adeyemi Ajayi, the plaintiff’s counsel, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that the defendant had not yet filed a formal response to the suit despite being duly served with court papers.
According to Ojembe, “The hearing may not commence because Sheriff Bello, the defendant’s counsel, has not responded. We, however, pray the court for a date.”
Responding to the claim, Odumodublvck’s lawyer, Sheriff Bello, acknowledged the situation and requested an adjournment to enable him to properly prepare his client’s defence. Bello told the court that the defence team needed additional time to “put its house in order” before the commencement of the hearing.
Following the submissions from both counsels, Justice Ajayi adjourned the case to November 26, 2025, for the commencement of hearing.
The legal dispute has sparked widespread interest across social media, with fans of both artists debating the details of the alleged altercation.
While Kraziecent insists that the rapper’s actions were unprovoked, some online users have called for restraint, urging both parties to resolve their issues amicably.
Neither Odumodublvck nor his management has issued a public statement regarding the matter as of press time. However, sources close to the rapper have suggested that he intends to clear his name and present his side of the story in court.
Kraziecent, who is best known for his energetic stage performances and unique sound, described the incident as deeply traumatic, adding that the confrontation not only hurt him physically but also affected his career image.
With the court date now fixed, all eyes will be on the proceedings to see how the matter unfolds between the two rising stars.
The upcoming hearing on November 26 is expected to determine whether the case will proceed to full trial or if an out-of-court settlement will be explored by both parties.
