The host of the reality TV show Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, addressed Nollywood actress Ini Edo’s recent engagement announcement, leaving viewers surprised.
The New Daily Prime previously reported that Ini Edo recently made headlines after announcing her engagement, disclosing her wedding date, and offering a glimpse into her love story.
Following the eviction event, which saw Handi, Tjay, and Shaun evicted from the Big Brother house, a dramatic scene unfolded when a bride came on stage, overcome with emotion.
This left Ebuka and the audience bewildered, sparking great curiosity.
However, when Ebuka approached the bride and asked if she was a housemate, she remained speechless and began crying hysterically.
Ebuka then surprised the audience by revealing that the bride was promoting Ini Edo’s upcoming film, “The Fairy Tale Wedding,” which will be released on November 20, 2024.
Ebuka emphasized that Ini Edo is not actually engaged, despite her recent Instagram post.
He went on to say, “For those of you who got excited by Ini Edo’s earlier post, you were misled. It was a movie promotion.”
