Nine years after her divorce, Nollywood Actress Ini Edo has revealed she got engaged three months ago to a yet-to-be-unveiled man.
In 2014, the actress announced separation from her United States-based businessman husband Philip Ehiagwina.
The marriage lasted for six years, However, the love went sour after the husband accused her of cheating on Him and they divorced in 2014 without a child.
She confirmed the divorce through her Twitter account.
The actress shared the exciting news of her engagement on her Instagram page Sunday. She recalled meeting her fiancé during a vacation six months ago and shared that three months later, he proposed, to which she happily accepted.
She hinted at the upcoming wedding, saying, “My fairy-tale wedding is almost here.” Fans are eagerly anticipating further details about the star’s dream wedding.”
The actress known for her outstanding performances expressed her gratitude and joy as she embarked on this exciting new chapter in her life.
Along with the engagement announcement, Ini shared an inspiring message for her followers, advising them to stay hopeful about love.
“To anyone who has given up on their happily ever after, love will find you. And when it does, whether you’re ready or not, it’ll be the best thing that ever happened to you,” she wrote.
