Popular Nigerian TikTok sensation Peller has joined the ranks of young digital creators making big strides after announcing the acquisition of a multi-million-naira mansion in Lagos.
The sprawling property, located on Chevron Drive in Lekki, is valued at an estimated ₦350 million.
The 20-year-old content creator broke the news during a live session with fellow influencer Sandra Benede, before confirming it with a celebratory post on his Instagram page.
In his words, the purchase marks a new chapter in his life and a milestone he had only dreamed of.
“Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala,” Peller wrote, accompanied by a short video clip of the mansion.
The mansion, which is set to become Peller’s official residence, will be ready for him to move into by October 2025. Although he did not provide a full tour of the house, the young star described it as a symbol of how far he has come since starting his content journey just a few years ago.
“It’s a big place, and I should be moving in around October,” he revealed during the live session. “This is a dream come true for me. I used to just imagine it, but now it’s happening.”

The announcement has sparked excitement among his fan base, many of whom congratulated him online for what they described as a well-deserved success story.
In clarifying how he was able to afford the property, Peller was quick to point out that his TikTok career alone did not finance the purchase.
While his influence on the platform has brought him brand deals and a significant following, he revealed that his financial journey has also been supported by benefactors who prefer to stay in the background.
“People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money,” he explained. “I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them.”
This revelation sparked conversations online, with fans curious about the unnamed backers who have contributed to his success.
Some commended his honesty about not relying solely on social media income, while others speculated about the nature of his private financial arrangements.
Peller has quickly grown to become one of Nigeria’s most recognizable content creators on TikTok. Known for his humour, charisma, and relatable skits, he has built a massive following that cuts across age groups and backgrounds.
His ability to engage audiences with lighthearted storytelling has made him a fan favorite both locally and internationally.
His rise reflects the growing power of digital platforms in Nigeria, where young creators are leveraging social media to build careers, sign lucrative endorsements, and now, acquire luxury assets.
Despite the speculations about his financial backers, Peller maintains that his fans remain the driving force behind his success.
He expressed heartfelt gratitude to those who have supported his journey, from liking his videos to sharing his content widely.
“God and my fans made this possible. I don’t take it for granted,” he said. “This is just the beginning. Bigger things are coming.”
Peller also hinted that once he moves into his new home, he plans to host a small celebration where he will reveal more about the people who have supported him privately. He promised to share further updates with his fans once he officially settles into the mansion.
For now, his announcement stands as another testament to the growing influence of Nigeria’s digital creators, proving that platforms like TikTok can serve as a launchpad for wealth creation, fame, and long-term opportunities.
