Nigerian model and media personality Denrele Edun has spoken about his love life and sexuality, revealing that he has often been unlucky in relationships.
The socialite disclosed while featuring on a recent episode of The Moraya Show, where he admitted that his partners rarely reciprocate the level of commitment he gives.

“I have not really been lucky with love. People like us who have so much love to give to the world, we don’t really get it back in return,” Edun said. He explained that after several disappointments, he has decided to focus on loving himself instead.
“All my special attachments did not come out the way I would have loved it to. I have just realised that it is better I love myself,” he added.
Edun maintained that he is not responsible for his relationship challenges, describing himself as “the easiest person to love” with a lot of affection to offer.
Sharing a recent experience, he noted that his efforts are often met with excuses. “While I’m giving clarity, they are giving me confusion. I will show commitment, and they would not reciprocate,” he said, adding that such situations made him realise he was being taken for granted.
The media star also addressed his sexuality, clarifying that he has experienced “the best of both worlds.”
