Famous Nigerian Afrobeats star, Davido, has advised Tanzanian singer Juma Jux to take good care of his wife, Priscilla Ojo, during a friendly encounter in Abuja.
The “Unavailable” crooner commented on Saturday, October 25, 2025, after running into the couple at an event in the nation’s capital.
New Daily Prime reports that Juma Jux, one of East Africa’s most celebrated R&B singers, tied the knot with Nigerian influencer and entrepreneur Priscilla Ojo earlier this year.

The couple welcomed their first child, a son named Rakeem, in Canada on August 24, 2025, before returning to Nigeria in October.
Their Abuja visit was part of their itinerary to attend and perform at the Medicaid Cancer Foundation event, which also featured other top African entertainers and public figures.
A video from the event captured the warm exchange between Davido and the couple. In the clip, Davido congratulated them on their marriage before jokingly telling Juma Jux to take care of Priscilla.
“Happy married life. You are enjoying it. Take care of my sister oh,” Davido said with a smile, prompting laughter from those around.
The friendly moment between the global music star and the Tanzanian-Nigerian couple quickly went viral on social media, drawing excitement from fans who praised Davido for showing affection despite his recent controversies.
However, the encounter also comes amid tension between Davido and Priscilla’s mother, Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo.
The Afrobeats star recently unfollowed Iyabo Ojo on Instagram after she allegedly accused him of “chasing clout” with the late singer Mohbad’s case.
The accusation reportedly surfaced in a leaked WhatsApp group chat shared by activist VeryDarkMan, sparking heated reactions online.
While neither party has directly addressed the rift publicly, Davido’s friendly interaction with Priscilla and her husband suggests that the disagreement has not affected his relationship with the Ojo family entirely.
Juma Jux and Priscilla, who have become one of Africa’s most admired celebrity couples, continue to capture attention with their public appearances and growing fanbase across Nigeria and Tanzania.
Their cross-cultural relationship has also been celebrated for strengthening entertainment ties between the two countries.
