“It was an honour meeting @EmmanuelMacron and sharing our visions for a better world,” Davido wrote.
The meeting, which took place in France, is believed to have focused on creative industry partnerships, youth empowerment, and international collaboration, areas that both Davido and President Macron have consistently championed.
He was accompanied by his long-time manager Asa Asika and celebrity socialite Cubana Chief Priest, both of whom appeared in photos shared from the event.
President Macron, who has shown a keen interest in African culture and entertainment, previously hosted the singer and other African artists during the 2018 Afrobeat Celebration at the Elysee Palace, where he praised the continent’s creative influence on the world.
The singer, known globally for his chart-topping hits and philanthropic work, continues to use his platform to promote African excellence and cross-cultural collaboration.
His latest meeting with President Macron further underscores his growing role as a global cultural ambassador for Nigeria and Africa at large.
