Controversial Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has taken a direct swipe at hip-hop veteran M.I Abaga, accusing him of being a “fencist” amid his ongoing conflict with fellow rapper Blaqbonez.
The outspoken artist, known for his fiery personality and bold statements, alleged that M.I was fully aware of a supposed conspiracy against him but chose to remain neutral rather than speak the truth.
According to Odumodublvck, this act of silence amounted to betrayal from someone he once regarded as a mentor and industry icon.

Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) account, the Declan Rice crooner launched a scathing tirade against M.I, stating that he had “lost every iota of respect” for the veteran rapper. He claimed M.I hides behind a “good guy” image to maintain public approval rather than standing for what is right.
Odumodublvck wrote:
“MI_Abaga, as for you, the whole world is going to be shocked that I am talking to you like this, and I know they will come for me because you are very good at portraying the ‘good’ guy.
One thing they did not tell you is that I don’t care about public opinion unlike you.
You stood in front of a blatant lie and decided to sit on the fence like Abuchi. I have lost every iota of respect for you.
Short man devil, you no be my OG. You are nothing but a rat. I bet you won’t reply because I am saying the truth.”
The post quickly went viral, drawing widespread reactions from fans and fellow artists across social media. While a section of Odumodublvck’s supporters defended his outburst as an expression of honesty and authenticity, many others criticized his remarks as disrespectful and unnecessary, especially toward a veteran widely regarded as one of Nigeria’s most influential rappers.
M.I Abaga, who is credited with pioneering the modern Nigerian rap sound and mentoring numerous artists, including Blaqbonez himself, has yet to respond publicly to the accusations.
