Recently evicted Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 10 housemate Joanna has set the record straight on her relationship with fellow housemate Faith, clarifying that she does not see their connection progressing into a romantic relationship outside the show.
Speaking during her post-eviction interview with show host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Joanna explained that her decision was influenced by Faith’s preference for polyamorous relationships, which she said does not align with her personal values.
Joanna acknowledged that she shared a strong bond with Faith during their time in the house, but stressed that his flirtatious personality did not necessarily mean he was ready to commit.
“I like that we are both free-spirited. It’s not like I don’t like Faith, I just don’t see us dating because I understand the kind of relationships he likes. I knew he liked me, but he never asked me to be his girlfriend despite flirting with me,” she said.

She added that Faith’s way with words sometimes made his intentions unclear, but she appreciated their interactions and does not hold any grudges.
“Faith is very good with words; that’s just who he is. It doesn’t mean that I don’t like him. If there is any male housemate I would like to be friends with after the show, it’s Faith,” Joanna added.
Joanna went on to clarify that while she had genuine admiration for Faith’s personality, she preferred to keep their relationship platonic.
According to her, their free-spirited dynamic worked well within the house and could continue as a healthy friendship outside the game.
Her comments seem to have finally put to rest weeks of speculation about a possible romantic link between the two housemates, which had been a talking point among fans on social media.
Joanna was evicted from the show during the latest live eviction show on Sunday night in what fans have described as one of the most emotional episodes this season.
She exited alongside fellow housemates Kuture, Thelma Lawson, and Bright Morgan in a dramatic quadruple eviction that left both the housemates and the audience shocked.
The evicted housemate said she has no regrets about her time on the show, stating that she entered the Big Brother house to have fun, learn more about herself, and entertain viewers.
She expressed gratitude to fans who supported her journey and promised to explore new opportunities in the entertainment space.
