Big Brother Naija 10/10 housemate Faith has hinted that he may walk away from the competition, describing his time on the show as unproductive.
Faith, who is a medical doctor, revealed his thoughts during a late-night conversation with fellow housemate Joanna in the garden on Friday. Visibly frustrated, he admitted that he was seriously considering a voluntary exit.
“I want to see a therapist because I want to f**king leave. This is a waste of my time. What am I doing here? I know you don’t believe me, but I’m seriously considering it,” he said.
The housemate, who has now spent five weeks in the Big Brother house, argued that he had already stayed long enough to gain visibility. He claimed to have researched the reality show and concluded that the average time required for a contestant to build a career outside the house is “five and a half weeks.”

Faith was one of the housemates initially put up for possible eviction in Week 5. However, eviction was cancelled after Head of House Rooboy drew a note that read “Nullify nominations” during the Live Eviction Nomination Show. This unexpected twist spared all nominated housemates from leaving, giving Faith another week in the house.
Despite his survival, Faith appears unconvinced about continuing in the game. His comments suggest that he views the show as draining and no longer aligned with his personal goals.
Big Brother Naija rules allow housemates to voluntarily exit if they feel unable to continue. In the past, a few contestants have taken this option, citing mental health concerns, family reasons, or dissatisfaction with the competition.
Faith’s situation has already generated reactions from viewers. While some fans sympathized with his frustrations, others argued that walking away now would undermine the exposure and opportunities the platform offers.
The medical doctor’s possible exit also highlights the emotional and psychological pressure housemates often face in the highly competitive environment of Big Brother Naija. From isolation to constant public scrutiny, the show pushes contestants to their limits as they battle for fame and the grand prize.
As things stand, Faith has one more week before he could be put up for possible eviction again. Whether he decides to endure or chooses a voluntary exit remains to be seen, but his revelations have added fresh drama to the season.
