Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has said she admires Brazilian Butt Lift procedures, although she does not think she could go through one herself because of her low tolerance for pain.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Morayo Show, the Jenifa’s Diary star said she likes subtle body enhancements, especially slimmer BBL results rather than more dramatic ones.

“I actually like BBL, the skinny ones not the big ones,” she said. “I love the flat tummy and liposuction. I want to do it but I don’t have the mind.”
However, Akindele stressed that women who choose cosmetic surgery should be careful and avoid overdoing it. She said she has no problem with people enhancing their appearance as long as they think carefully about the risks and keep it moderate.
“I am not against BBL. If you want to enhance your beauty, go ahead but don’t overdo things. Be careful,” she added.
Beyond speaking about cosmetic surgery, Funke also reflected on how fame has affected her personal life and relationships. She described herself as someone who loves deeply and intensely, but admitted that her strict and disciplined nature has sometimes caused her to distance herself from people she once cared about.
According to the actress, one of the difficult parts of being successful is the loneliness that can come with it.
“It is actually lonely at the top because if you want to remain at the top, you have to be guarded and disciplined,” she said. “It is going to be very boring because you won’t have friends.”
Akindele said she is still learning how to manage relationships better, but insisted that protecting her mental well-being remains her top priority.
