Canadian Film Star Mourns Her Mother on Instagram
On Friday, the Canadian-based film star Lola Alao took to her Instagram page to share heartbreaking news, accompanied by heartfelt photos of her mother.

Alao began her career as an air hostess before transitioning into acting. Her breakthrough came through her role in the Nigerian television series Ripples.

Alao recounted how a dementia patient had slapped her, an incident that profoundly affected her. Following this experience, she chose to leave caregiving and instead pursued a new path by opening a clothing business.
The actress has since emphasized the importance of having a skill or a career before relocating abroad. She highlighted this as a valuable lesson, cautioning others to prepare for unexpected challenges and obstacles.
